History
Like many great kitchen inventions (see: the chocolate chip cookie, the potato chip, the microwave itself), Anyday started as an accident. We were hungry, we wanted roast chicken, but we had a million things to do before dinnertime. To save time, we tried microwaving the chicken before finishing it in the oven. When it came out perfectly juicy, no oven needed, we realized we’d stumbled upon the unexpected magic of the microwave.
